My AC went out last night… and this morning the house was muggy. Ugh. Tommy was here within an hour of my call, found the problem, got the part and fixed it all before 1:00! He provided an affordable quote right up front! I have to admit that he was recommended to me by a friend… but he was only recommended because he is good at what he does. Tommy came out to our house today and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes. Not only did he do the work, he gave me a ride to get the money. He started out unable to come out to look at the AC as he had an estimate to complete a short time later than the call. As soon as he became aware that the lack of AC affected my 2 month old and we had no transportation to find a cooler place, he asked if he could call back and he had rescheduled the estimate with the other client to make sure the baby didn’t have to suffer the heat any longer. Not only did he do an excellent job, he made us feel like people, rather than clients. And his quote on the job was 1/3 the price of another company.
