Being an out of town customer can be a headache because you never know who may show up. The male technician who assisted us was extremely knowledge, helpful and trustworthy. These are my go to guys from now on.

Due to the a/c’s lack of cooling and my outrages electric bills I had wanted to replace my unit with a newer up to date type. After a visit from Mr Tommy Howze I was told that a complete cleaning of the coils and fan motor would lower both my power usage and the monthly bill. I then told him that the unit had been professionally clean prior to this summers hot season. Tommy then told me that if the cleaning didn’t do the job he would reduce the cost of the replacement unit that I wanted by the amount of the bill. I agreed to let him do this and skeptically waited for my August 2011 electric bill, what did I have to lose? Well my bill was down by 30% and that was more than I had hope with a new unit. Called Dependable for a 2nd opinion. Tommy came out and figured out the problem, was very honest and knowledgeable and got us back in working order. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

I own a rental property that was having AC troubles. After paying another company $1100 to detect a leak and refill with freon, I was quoted another $1100 to replace the inside coil(The coil was still under warranty). While I was trying to digest this, my home unit started blowing hot air (Great!). Â The inside unit was freezing up, I decided to look for another AC company and after a search, called Dependable. On a Sunday evening I was expecting a answering machine or a service. I was surprised to be talking to Tommy the owner. The next day he showed up on time,my inside coil was dirty and needed to be cleaned. He did it in a professional manner and at the price he quoted. After this, I asked him to fix the AC at my rental property. He made the repair and refilled the unit for a fair price. I will call Tommy again for any future issues.

Not only did he come service my ac which had stopped working on a Sunday, but he was professional and polite. So thankful he was able to fix our unit especially with it being super hot this September and because we have a newborn baby! Great service, fast response and reasonably priced!
