AC cooling problem develop around 1 o’clock in the afternoon ..called dependable AC ! Mr. Howze had his service tech Riley show up at the house within two hours … he immediately reviewed and diagnosed the problem and I had our family chilling again within the hour .

DEPENDABLE AC & HEAT .. Can’t Be Beat

Being out of town and needing someone to work on my AC unit, I was hesitant to call but had no choice. Good thing I did! Tommy was able to go out to my rental property (after an extremely long day on his part) and repair my unit at an exceptional price. Other companies tried to rip me off and gave quotes on new installed units, saying this one was on it’s last leg. After Tommy checked out my unit and gave me the TRUE story, I’m extremely grateful for his services and will NOT question his honesty in future dealings. I would say if you decide to use someone else other than Dependable AC, buyers remorse will set in. Been there, done that, BUT no more! Thanks again Tommy!!

Left a message for them to call me first thing on a Saturday morning….air stopped working Friday night….they sent Riley over, who was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable of the job. I will definitely use them again in the future….Thank you

i will always recommend this company. they are honest nice and stand by their work. i called them after hours last night and they were here early the next morning. they didn’t try to lie to me and make me pay for something i didnt need. its nice to know that this company stands by an honor code.
