I will call Tommy again

I own a rental property that was having AC troubles. After paying another company $1100 to detect a leak and refill with freon, I was quoted another $1100 to replace the inside coil(The coil was still under warranty). While I was trying to digest this, my home unit started blowing hot air (Great!). Â The inside unit was freezing up, I decided to look for another AC company and after a search, called Dependable. On a Sunday evening I was expecting a answering machine or a service. I was surprised to be talking to Tommy the owner. The next day he showed up on time,my inside coil was dirty and needed to be cleaned. He did it in a professional manner and at the price he quoted. After this, I asked him to fix the AC at my rental property. He made the repair and refilled the unit for a fair price. I will call Tommy again for any future issues.
