Dependable

I had another local company come to my home with a outlandish (what seemed to me) quote. This person went to school with my son and lived on the same street as I do. I was calling out another company to get several prices to see if he was taking advantage that I was an “old neighborhood lady” and I would just stop with using him. I found the name “DEPENDABLE” and in my day that word carries a lot of weight, When Tommy Howze, owner of Dependable AC and Home Maintenance came out, gave me a quote and it took just 2 days for everything to be done. Day 1 was the quote. Day 2 was the installation. Unlike other people, he even called back to make sure everything was working well. Now that is DEPENDABLE. I have other work at my home that I will be calling Tommy to do for me. He was very pleasant, respectful, and dependable. Being my age, you do not see that quality used very often in today’s world.
